Where have all The Casuals Fans gone. Well according to Marc Dentelle, steady Eddie and the rest of the people who really know, Casuals never had any anyway. Not so! Honest.
So where have they gone? Well yes, some it would appear have “sold their soul” for a “Scillian barbequed venison burger” or a brief possible appearance on the BBC Red Button. Clearly this includes the ex-Casuals attendance satiations (crowd counters). But; strangely I took a walk along the River to Desperate Island to see my sons, school mates', younger brothers team play and low and behold some of the supporters of the former Casuals. But free entry, bring your own refreshments and you can stand behind the goal, an enjoyable afternoon out, away from it all, seems like someone latched on. And the real Hersham boys to boot.
As one of the old guard said, “It’s like going back thirty years”. OK, the old meanies say "that's scraping the barrel", but they use to say that thirty years ago to all then Casuals Fans.

I have heard that Mr W&H John hall has been on a recruitment drive targeting the WCFC faithful with flyers through their post box and that’s not a euphemism
