Casuals v Dorchester Town, Saturday 2nd April 2022 K.O. 3-00pm at L'Hub.
11th placed Casuals take on 19th placed Dorchester Town, Saturday 23rd April 2022, at The Hub Kick Off 3-00pm.
Despite their home defeat last Saturday by Yate Town, Dorchester have avoided any chance of relegation this season. Casuals only need a point to confirm their top half finish in this final game of the season. So the usual suspect is a drab draw. However, Casuals roller coast season could well end with a good win, three points to give a total tally of sixty. Showing a bit of positivity I'd like a good win, to round off what has been a good season for the Casuals. No doubt old Terry Woodyatt will be sitting up there, smiling away, in total disbelief, that a Casuals side could finish in the top half of the equivalent of the Isthmian Prem.Although Casuals will finish their season off with this game, there are some other local games,Tuesday night (26th Apr) Cobham are at home to Southall in the League Cup. K.O. 7-45pmSaturday week (30th Apr) Hersham face Battersea Ironsides in the Surrey Premier League on The Island K.O. 3-00pm.Spud & Sixpences' team Met Police will be playing in play-off semi final, but that will be away. Our friends from across the River (Hampton & R) will be at home on Bank Holiday Monday (2nd May) to Slough Town in the National South.
