In a bitty game casuals continued their winning form. liddle scored with a large slice of luck as the goalkeeper banged the ball against him and it ricocheted into the net. that bloke james ewington scored the equaliser in the second half after a cross was knocked in from the winger who received the initial ball with a hint of offside and the winner was scored from a john gilbert. a large crowd again.

Thanks for the match report TWM, very much as I saw the game, I was tied up on raffle duties.
There was a official 400+ crowd at the game, and yes 1969swan, there was a lot of supporters from local clubs, it's nice that they want to come and watch us.
Casuals go 8th. They are at Gosport Saturday. The next home game is a week Tuesday 11th Jan home to Royston Town in the Southern League Cup K.O. 7-45pm.
Royston are 7th in the Southern Premier Central and won 2-1 away at Biggleswade today.
Spud, Casuals have won 4 games on the bounce, including the Surrey Senior Cup game at Merstham. The last defeat was away at Weston-Super-Mare on the 11th Dec. It was Casuals 5th away defeat in a row.
