Lots of 5s from Saturdays trip to Truro 5 hours to get there and 5 hours to get back and then there was 5 goals what a day. My thoughts are we contributed to Truro’s win with 3 errors. Despite going in 3 goals down at the interval I thought we started the second half brightly and once we scored we were in the game, if Renes effort had gone in to make it 3-2 it might have been a closer game. Unfortunately another error where the ball got caught under the centre half’s feet and we’re 4-1 down. I think its best not analyse what happened on the fifth goal.
There were some pluses, the two pints of Tribute in the WIlliam 1V pub in the town was nectar, coupled with the super sized pasty from the local bakery and lastly unleaded fuel at £1.20 a litre from Sainos was a bonus. Merthyr next should I stay or should I go
