With Waltons' 1st team, "A" Team & "B" not starting their League games until 19thSeptember all eyes were on Waltons' 2nd team.

The second team won 4-0 last night, with two goals apiece from Dom Ogan & Sean McCormack, to remain top of the league.
El segundo equipo ganó 4-0 anoche, con dos goles cada uno de Dom Ogan & Sean McCormack, para mantenerse en la cima de la liga. (Before you say it Spud)
Around the Elmbridge Clubs;-
Molesey 0 Egham Town 3
Frimley Green 3 Cobham 5. ( a goal feast it would appear, reports that 8-8 would not have been a fair result)

Oui c'est vrai pomme, pour plus temps. Et le deuxieme point, oui J’y suis allé hier soir.
Bearing in mind they players now at the 2nd team it was as you would expect. Dom Ogan played centre forward, rather than left back and looked on the money.
Gate was roughly what you'd expect, plus Hallys dozen or so new recruits. Do I think they are going up, there be a few questions if they don't.

Dom Ogan played centre forward, rather than left back and looked on the money. Gate was roughly what you'd expect, plus Hallys dozen or so new recruits. Do I think they are going up, there be a few questions if they don't. Think I'll be able to waddle down there next Tuesday vs Bagshot...looking at the current CCL D1 formbook WH/Ash Utd/Bagshot there would appear to be the potential for a shed full of goals. Maybe both the Stewart Baldwins could be on the score sheet something for the Roving Reporter to get his knashers into...comment on. Jean by the sea presumably he was there. Any sign of RnolD. |

Yeaj mate, might be a good night (Vienna/Bagshot). Don't forget that Casuals beat Bagshot 11-0 (Still a record)  In their triumphant run in The Combined Counties Sunday Cup. I'm told the legend that is Casuals Ron ( who was seen introducing the players to Hally), was there, but is off down the South Coast this week-end. ( Very elusive character olde Casuals Ron, who I believe made piece with 1969Swan, perhaps on the explanation of he had enough of the former regime letting Casuals get the blame, for their own inadequacies ) All the regulars there Arnold, DCI Jean Delamere (who still hasn't figure out what's going on). With the seating out of action, the stadium will no doubt look full with everyone standing around the pitch. Still it's still a lot to do;- 1st Conference/Football League, 2nds Step 3/4, "A" Team step 5 and "B" new drainage facility. |
